I understand life happens and sometimes plans change! I kindly ask that you provide a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me the opportunity to accommodate other clients and helps me respect the time reserved for each appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. LATE POLICY: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, a $30 late fee will be added to your total. Depending on the amount of time missed and the service booked, your appointment may also need to be adjusted or rescheduled to ensure I stay on schedule for the remainder of the day.
