Cancellation Policy
I understand sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. I have a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. If you are unable to make your appointment, please kindly notify me at 760-224-3642 as soon as possible to reschedule.
LATE POLICY: Please arrive on time to your appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or alter the service that was originally booked to stay on schedule. If we proceed with your appointment, a $30 late fee will be added to your total. I will always reach out with enough notice if I’m running behind.
